In my practice, I work with you in both your professional and private roles - both matter, and both influence each other. When anxiety shows up at work, it follows you home. When it shows up at home, it follows you to work. We address the whole picture.
I'm an integrative coach trained in coaching frameworks combined with mind-body practices. My approach is individualized, not abstract. You're not just a mind to be fixed; you're a whole person trying to stay safe.

For ongoing integration and sustained change, you can move into a multi‑session journey or a group coaching program.


Grounded Confidence in Practice
6-session Guided Program
A 6‑session coaching program that leads you through discovery of what's hiding behind your anxiety to nervous system regulation. The clarity you will gain during and after the sessions, will allow you to explore choices you don't always see, when you are stuck in stress.
Across our work, you’ll choose the focus area, we explore what needs to shift to achieve the outcomes you desire. You practice how to integrate what you learned into your life over the course of the journey to access it in moments of need. You will start to discern the activators to your stress, and through learning grounded confidence learn to navigate complex situations without losing yourself.
Sessions are 55 minutes each, with timing and cadence agreed to fit your needs. Many clients invest personally; some choose to have their employer sponsor this as professional development. If finances are a concern, we can explore payment options during the discovery call.


Group Coaching Program
Group Coaching is a deeply transformative, guided experience for people navigating similar challenges and striving towards their desired outcome. The group exchange is often enlightening as you hear different perspectives and receive support through the coach and the group.
Group coaching is always focused on your individual goals. You'll work on your topics and receive individual coaching during the program. The journey is build with the steps needed to achieve the results.
Through integrative practices you'll be able to recall what you learned after the program ends, so the change becomes lasting.

What is coaching?

I'll support you in finding your own solutions, whether you're facing work challenges, leadership challenges, or life transitions. The best part? Coaching creates deep, lasting change that goes well beyond the numerous quick fix ideas that may or may not apply to you or your situation.
What types of sessions do you offer?
The Calm Compass Session is a 60-minute focused session: Ideal for calming your nerves in preparation for high-stakes meeting, giving yourself pause from anxiety, or preparing you to show up with confidence..
Grounded Confidence in Practice Coaching package: A multi-session package designed for reducing anxiety through nervous system regulation. Uncover what wants to emerge, when you feel safe and held. Gain clarity and take action towards the future you envision. For shifts to happen deep inner work and practice is required, so this program is set up to accompany you over 6 months.
Group coaching programs: I will guide small groups of up to 10 participants through predefined steps to achieve the results you are longing for. The program entails group sessions, individual pre- and post-session-work, as well as group and one-on-one coaching. The shared space enhances learning, insights, and growth, while also being supportive and shared. Group and individual support will be given throughout the program.
What can I expect from a coaching session with you?
You can expect a confidential, compassionate space to think deeply about your life and work - free from judgement, advice, or pressure. I support you in trusting your own ideas and solutions, gaining clarity, empowerment, and ownership.
You’ll have my full attention as we explore challenges, uncover limiting beliefs, and open up new possibilities through thoughtful, incisive questions. Sessions may challenge your thinking while strengthening your ability to navigate complexity and move forward independently.
As an integrated coach, I draw on a range of techniques and methodologies to support what you need in each session and beyond.
How much does coaching cost?
Single sessions are a dedicated, confidential space to move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling grounded and clear. Many clients use a single session when they’re stuck in a specific situation (e.g., a hard decision, tension at work, feeling burnt out) and want immediate clarity without committing to a longer package. Others return for occasional “check-in” sessions when stress spikes. As a stand-alone session this is more pricy than the package or group coaching.
Packages include multiple sessions. You’ll learn about the options in our discovery call to find something that works for you. Payments are either made in full or installments.
Group coaching programs are most cost efficient for you. You get the benefit of a guided program, the same deep work you would do in a normal coaching setting and even more learning through sharing and exchange in a supportive environment.

How is coaching different from therapy, mentoring, or consulting?
Great question! Unlike therapy, coaching is all about moving forward towards your goals rather than exploring past issues or diagnosis and treatment. And unlike mentoring or consulting, I won't give you ready-made answers or tell you what to do. Instead, I'll help you discover your own wisdom and strengths. I leverage tools, techniques, and frameworks in our work together that are most helpful to support you on your path of discovery, action, and transformation.
Who is coaching for?
Anyone who's ready to put in the work can benefit from coaching. I'm trained to focus on you as a whole person, not just the challenges you're facing or roadblocks you encounter. The coach believes in your wisdom and abilities. This is not about labeling you or your challenges.
Coaching for me is a space where you don’t have to hold back any emotion, sensation, idea, or dream. You’ll find the space to explore freely within you and outside of you.
That said, I particularly love working with people who want to take or have leadership in any area of their life to advance the betterment of themselves as well as others, to be part of the necessary change we need in this world. Real change shows up in how we live, work, and relate to others, so the work starts with us.
