Meet Your Coaching Partner

Hi, I’m Nicole.

I’m a former Talent Acquisition leader and people manager turned integrative coach. Most of my professional life I have spent in international environments in the design, retail, corporate tech, and services space.

For most of my career, I helped others navigate complexity, make hard decisions, and unlock their potential. But I also witnessed – and lived – the rising pressure, dissonance, and quiet burnout that comes with trying to succeed in systems that often reward the wrong things.

Like many of you, I built my life on the achievements society deems worthy: I built a strong career, earned respect, and kept moving forward and upward. Yet inside, I felt increasingly out of alignment – caught between the life I’d built and the world I saw unfolding. It took deep introspection, unlearning old “truths,” and my own coaching journey to realize that clarity, self-trust, and nervous-system safety are the foundation for any meaningful change.

That’s why I became a coach: to offer others the space I once needed – a place to name sometimes contradicting emotions without shame, make sense of what we were told and what we are experiencing, and reconnect with what actually matters in this life - in this world.

Today, I support anxious, values-driven professionals in moving from overwhelm to grounded action. My approach is holistic, honoring the mental, emotional, and physical layers of who you are. I don’t give advice or quick fixes; I hold the space for you to access your own insight, regain your agency, and live with integrity – without burning out or working against yourself.

You already carry the wisdom you need. My job is to help you clear the noise so you can hear it again.

How Will You Know Its Working
My Vision

We’re living in unprecedented times. Across the Western world, more people are waking up to harsh realities that many minorities, Indigenous communities, differently-abled folks, low-income families, and LGBTQ+ people have always navigated daily.

Even the middle-class stability many once took for granted is slipping - harder to maintain, harder to achieve for younger generations.

I know what it takes to build a life of comfort through hard work. Now I want to give back. I needed support to become who I am today - and many of you need that same support without the chance to receive it.

To navigate complexity without feeling personally at risk, attacked, or incapable, you need strong ground. Many of us were raised to fall in line, not to speak up or take action for our communities. Many of us have even forgotten how to be around others and experience connection as natural. I’m here to help you reclaim that ground.

I am here to support you on your journey.

My Journey to This Work

My personal story is one of unlearning: challenging cohesion for the sake of harmony, unraveling my own deep and unsupportive beliefs, and experiencing what it feels like to exist more truly, honestly, and alive - even through the discomfort.

Our body and mind give us signals when there’s dissonance between what we experience and what we were taught to accept from a young age. Are we willing to listen?

Coaching personally helped me on this path. It gave me the space to work through things I didn’t want to face myself. And belief me, I had read countless self-help books, done therapy, and received training on leadership, conflict management, and communication as part of my professional role. But it never quite clicked. Too often I deflected, stayed surface-level with the work that was required.

Coaching helped me to regain confidence in myself, my abilities, and in relation to others. It was the impartial voice that helped me in those crossroads moments, when I felt uncomfortable and the choice was staying and playing it safe or taking the leap and discover what more there was.
